No. The carrier uses a bicycle-front mounting interface, not a universal handlebar attachment. Confirm the bicycle and bag interface dimensions, clearance and installation requirements.

Is the bicycle-side adapter included?

The reviewed photos do not establish the final supplied-parts list. Confirm the adapter and all hardware in the quotation before ordering.

Is 7 kg a certified load rating?

No. It is supplier pet-fit guidance. Final load limits must also account for the bag, accessories, bicycle and mounting system.

Can the bag fold flat?
